Thank you for posting.This is a driver issue.You will need to contact Dell to see if they are going to have Windows 7 compatible drivers available for your device.In the mean time you can try using compatibility settings on the existing drivers however this may not get your surround sound working.Also, here is the link for the TechNet Windows 7 community; you might find some additional ideas for a work around from the community there.Here is the link:
